By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

We may change the content of this website from time to time, including our Terms of Use. Your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such changes.
 
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and confirms that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website.

  1. All orders received will be clarified by our friendly Customer Service team. If there are any problems with your order, our customer care representative will endeavour to contact you. Please contact Customer Service, if you do not hear from us within 2 hours after order placed with The One Gift Gallery. Others enquiries, either email to cs@onegift.com.my or by fax to 03-5192 6103.
  1. With our experienced team will always giving the best to ensure every delivery in punctual for every customer. The One Gift Gallery do not hold responsible if a delivery arrives late due to bad weather or any circumstances impacting the availability of the postal service that we use or anything else outside of our control.
  1. Orders take in are subject to our delivery schedules and availability of products. Earlier orders are appreciated so that we can fulfil all requirements before the occasions.

By making order with The One Gift Gallery Sdn Bhd, all order consists of delivery service. Please refer to delivery information for;

FLOWER ORDER ARRANGEMENT
Flower Delivery
We deliver fresh flowers straight to your loved ones door and across the Klang Valley for free. There is so much to choose from including beautiful bouquets, gorgeous occasion flowers and delicious hampers you’ll be spoilt for choice! You can mark the specific delivery day and your flowers will be sent fresh, so no need to wait until the last minute. Nominated day delivery that your order sent for a date in future.
 
Standard delivery anytime between 10am-6pm
Morning delivery between 10am-12pm
Afternoon delivery between 2pm-5pm
Evening delivery between 6pm-9pm
 

Same Day / Today’s Delivery
If you need flowers today, simply place your order by 3pm to guarantee a fresh bouquet arranged by hand and delivered by our expert courier team. Our professionals provide contemporary floral gifts to wow your loved ones all year round. Ordering come in after 3pm, delivery will be scheduled to the following next day between 2pm to 5pm in the afternoon session.
 
Express Delivery Service
If you need your order to be sent in a specific timing or in hurry circumstance, please contact our customer service 03-5192 6102 / 017 747 7780 for special arrangement. Deliveries fall on Sunday, public holiday or nominated timing may incur additional surcharge of RM30.
 
 
HAMPER ORDER ARRANGEMENT
Hamper Delivery
We provide outstanding services such as special delivery which is delivery to Peninsular Malaysia, delivery tracking system, personal services, message card provided etc. In addition, “Free Delivery” also available within Klang Valley area. Please refer to Free Delivery Zone chart below.

TOP QUALITY ASSURANCE
You will have peace of mind with our quality guarantee of 5 times refund of the price of any spoilt food product or 50% of the hamper value, whichever is lower. This guarantee is valid for food hampers received no later than 2 weeks after delivery date.
 
 
NEW! ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM
Now you can track your order easily!
You will receive a link by an Order Confirmation email from us after your order being received and processed. This friendly feature allows you to track any order made in online or call-in, such that you be able to know the deliver process.
 
To track your orders please enter Sales Order No. and Debtor Code and then press “Sign In” button. This was given to you from the Confirmation email you should have received. Kindly contact our Customer Service 03-5192 6102 / 017 747 7780 should require any assistance.
 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation notification should be made in prior of 48 hours before delivery.
 
Notice of such order details amendment or re-arrangement required, please contacting our Customer Service by referring to our operating hours (available at Contact page).
 
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of products. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your purchase by a clear statement, including details of your name, address, contact and details of the order you wish to cancel.
 

-Flower Order-
A fee of RM30 cancellation chargeable for all orders that are confirmed. No cancellation allowed on the day of delivery.
 

-Hamper Order-
A chargeable of a 50% cancellation for customised items and RM30 for standard package orders that are confirmed.
 
 
DAMAGED GOODS
Please check your delivery as soon as possible after it arrives. In the unlikely event your delivery has arrived damaged please contact our Customer Care team at 03 5192 6102 or 017 747 7780.
 
 
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product show signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will credit you in the same or different manner as your original payment within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.
